MY TEACHING STYLE
Katie shares a yoga practice that is accessible to everyone. It not only includes the poses but also meditation, breathing, and yoga theory. She is a student in the Krishnamacharya/Desikachar lineage (sometimes referred to as “Viniyoga”) and is grateful to her teachers who have shared this knowledge with her. Katie also teaches yoga nidra and restorative yoga encouraging her students to take rest. Coming from a career in illustration she loves to use creative integration in her yoga classes.
