MY TEACHING STYLE
In the yoga classes I teach, I focus on using the yoga tools to calm the mind. Some of these tools include the breath, poses, meditation, yoga nidra, and yoga philosophy.
I am a yoga therapy student and teacher in the T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V Desikachar lineage. I believe that there is a yoga practice for every body regardless of age, gender, race, or ability.
