MY TEACHING STYLE
In the yoga classes I teach, I focus on using the yoga tools to calm the mind. Some of these tools include the breath, poses, meditation, and yoga philosophy as it relates to the practice.
I am a yoga therapy student and teacher of the T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V Desikachar lineage and therefore I believe that the practice is very personal and unique for each person.
