Katie shares a yoga practice that is accessible to everyone. It includes the poses, meditation, breathing, and yoga theory. She is a student in the Krishnamacharya/Desikachar lineage (sometimes referred to as “Viniyoga”) and is grateful to her teachers who have shared this knowledge with her. Katie also teaches yoga nidra and restorative yoga encouraging her students to take rest. Coming from a career in illustration she loves to use creative exploration in her yoga classes.
